I absolutely adored the exquisite decoration of Villamena. The hotel's elegant and tasteful design created a warm and inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The common areas, such as the stunning rooftop terrace, were accessible and comfortable for senior guests like myself. It was truly a pleasure to relax and enjoy the breathtaking sea views in such a beautifully decorated space.
If I had to ask for one thing to make my vacation even better as a senior, it would be to have a dedicated staff member available to assist with any mobility needs. While the children working there were kind and helpful, having an individual who specializes in catering to the specific needs of senior guests would have been the cherry on top of an already delightful stay.

I recently stayed at a wonderful hotel in Furore for a few days. The room was spacious and the view of the sea was absolutely stunning. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. There was also a fantastic restaurant downstairs where we had some delicious meals. I would highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful and comfortable stay with amazing views.
Couldn't recommend more this hotel.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at this charming hillside retreat. The rooms were impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, giving off a luxurious five-star vibe. The bathroom was particularly impressive, with a high standard of quality. The family-run atmosphere made us feel warmly welcomed, with the owners offering helpful recommendations for restaurants and activities. The highlight of our stay was the delicious and varied breakfast served on the terrace, overlooking the breathtaking Mediterranean Sea. The terrace itself was a perfect spot for relaxation and sunbathing. If you're seeking a quiet and serene escape from the crowded Amalfi Coast, this is the place to be.

The rooms at Villamena are like stepping into a natural oasis. The murals by local and foreign artists depict stunning local myths and traditions, blending seamlessly with the surroundings. The 16m² room is cozy, with a bay window offering breathtaking panoramic views. The amenities like free WiFi and minibar, along with 24-hour room service, make the stay even more comfortable. The private bathroom is well-equipped with everything you need, from towels to toiletries and a hairdryer. the room provides a perfect escape for someone like me who craves a direct connection with nature.
Some might find the size of the room on the smaller side, but for me, it was just the right amount of coziness.

Great views and friendly service, with clean and well-appointed rooms at a quiet location in the scenic region. Loved the delicious breakfast with a lot of variety and the option to have dinners. The shuttle service to the beach and advice on local activities were very helpful.
The hotel is quite isolated, with no restaurants or shops nearby, and relying on a car is a must. The road leading to the property is narrow and winding, which might be challenging for some drivers.

Excellent location with amazing views. Friendly staff always there to help. The breakfast was really good with lots of options. The room was spacious and well equipped.
The shower was a bit disappointing, not much pressure and it was difficult to regulate the temperature. , the beds were a bit hard for my taste.

We stayed at a B&B near popular Amalfi attractions. We were able to visit Furore beach and take in breathtaking views of the Mediterranean from the terrace. The location was down a hill, giving us quiet privacy. The room was clean, decorated well, and the bathroom offered luxury. The hosts were kind, offering breakfast and helpful recommendations for nearby activities.
The mattress was uncomfortably firm, leading to restless nights.

We had an amazing stay at a hidden gem along the Amalfi Coast. The location was perfect, tucked away for a peaceful escape. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with a breathtaking sea view. The hospitality from the hostess and her family was warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We enjoyed delicious homecooked meals from the woodfire oven in the backyard, using produce from their own garden. The friendly vibe extended to the neighbors who dropped in for coffee and chats. Plus, the free car park right outside the house was a convenient bonus. We also loved the fact that the restaurant/bar served mouthwatering, homecooked dinner using local ingredients. we highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and relaxing stay along the stunning Amalfi Coast.

The walls are covered in stunning murals by talented artists, depicting local myths and traditions. It feels like you're sleeping inside a work of art. As a lover of all things creative, I couldn't help but be in awe.
Although I loved the private bathroom in my room, I found the shower a bit small. It's just my personal preference, as some may still find it perfectly comfortable.

I absolutely loved the charming and cozy decor of the hotel. The vintage style furniture, the beautiful artwork on the walls, and the comfortable seating areas really made me feel at home. As a senior woman, I appreciate the attention to detail in creating an environment that is both stylish and comfortable for people of all ages. The hotel's general areas were well-maintained and clean, providing a welcoming atmosphere. The accessibility for senior people was also commendable, with easy access to the common areas and a helpful staff always available to assist.
I would have liked to see more options for activities specifically catered to senior people. While the children working there were friendly and helpful, it would have been nice to have activities or amenities that catered specifically to the needs and interests of senior guests.
Tourists from India often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
